We build big (and small).
Our presses (from 65 to 1000 tons) allow us to produce parts from 0.125” to 5.5” thick (3.175mm to 139mm), and with top (length x width) surface areas of up to 20 sq inches (12903 sq mm). Part density can be as high as 7.4 g/cc, and our tolerances are so tight... our technology won Time Magazine’s Invention of the Year (2000)!

We build complex (and simple).
Our superior press technology allows us to produce extremely complex parts with up to 6 unique thickness layers. Part aspect ratios can be as great as 10:1 (length : width)… and we are fully equipped to handling almost any required finishing service (from steam treatment to CNC turning, boring, broaching, tapping and drilling, etc).

We run large (and small) lots.
Our advanced manufacturing techniques allow us the flexibility to excel with small production runs. (We re-tool faster than anyone in the industry, and pass that savings on to you.)
